Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are normally sent within 2 business days of the receipt of your payment. Shipping and handling costs will be applied at the time of purchase and can vary based on weight and geographical distance. If you would like to make another order before we ship your primary order, we will try to group the items to save on shipping costs if we receive the second order in time. We will evaluate grouping items on a case by case basis.

Returns

Should you need to return an item, please contact us to explain the problem at office@smgroup.info. We will try to honor your desire to return an item and any needs you might have with your purchase. However, you will be responsible for the additional return shipping costs.
